How can I make a tentative reservation?

We can do a tentative reservation over the phone. It will only be valid for one week. Within this week you have to confirm the reservation by making an advance payment. However, please note that we work on a first come, first serve basis

We specialize in bridal makeup, party makeup, and makeup for special occasions, including Muslim bridal events such as Mehendi, Nikkah, and Walima. We also offer makeup consultations and trials for brides.

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during the wedding season, to ensure availability.

Do you offer makeup trials?

Yes! We highly recommend booking a makeup trial for brides to discuss your desired look and ensure everything is perfect for your big day.

What makeup brands do you use?

We use high-quality, professional-grade products, including MAC and other trusted brands, to ensure a flawless, long-lasting finish.

Do you travel to the client’s location?

Yes, we provide on-location services for bridal and special event makeup. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

How long does bridal makeup take?

Bridal makeup typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. For trials or more intricate looks, it may take a bit longer.

What is included in a bridal makeup package?

Our bridal packages include skin prep, makeup application, and one touch-up after the photo-shoot for the ceremony. Custom packages can be created based on your needs.

How can I book an appointment?

Do you require a deposit to confirm bookings?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients. Unfortunately, the security deposit will be non-refundable.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our services. They make a great gift for loved ones!
